Payment Policy
To avail and book any travel-related service(s) the client/customer/traveler/passenger needs to make an advance payment of 60% to the company to initiate and hold the booking.
The client/customer/traveler/passenger has to pay the remaining balance amount for the service before the scheduled departure of the client/customer/traveler/passenger from their country of origin or upon the scheduled arrival at the airport/railway station/hotel in India or the decided city of arrival or accommodation of stay but surely and definitely before the start of the service/tour/holiday/vacation.
The company management reserves the right to decide the payment of advance amount to be made as per the nature of the service and the time left for the service with the required facility/service.
In some cases, like special train journeys/tours, accommodation (Hotel/Resort/Guest house/Home stay), transport booking during festivals (Navratri, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Holi, etc.), and peak tourism season, the client/customer/traveler/passenger have to make full payment in advance.
- The company is under no obligation to share the detailed or any breakdown slab of the cost quoted for the demanded/desired holiday/vacation/service.
- The company reserves all the rights to notify the client/customer/traveler/passenger regarding the price change before/during/after booking of the services/tour/holiday/vacation and ask to pay for the difference amount between the booking price and the updated price in the event of any price change beyond the control of the company.
- Once the booking invoice gets issued after the minimum booking amount is deposited and unless the client/customer/traveler/passenger chooses to pay the full amount for the service/tour/holiday/vacation at the time of booking only, the price is dynamic for the desired/demanded/booked service/tour/holiday/vacation is subject to the possibilities of surcharges in certain limited circumstances.
- However, the surcharge will only be levied to allow the variation in the cost arising due to any change/increment in the cost of transportation, accommodation, hospitality taxes, increase in fuel price, hike in airfare, government taxes, change in fee structure for services (airport landing tax, currency exchange rate or if the government or any related regulatory authority increases any tax). Any surcharge amount will be notified and communicated by issuing a revised booking invoice shared with the client/customer/traveler.
- If the surcharge increases the price for booked services/tours/holidays/vacations by 10% or more on the first booking invoice, the client/customer/traveler/passenger may opt to cancel/amend/change the booking made within 14 days after the issue of revised booking invoice and obtain the booking payment refund/reimbursement as per the company’s cancelation policy.
- Optionally, the client/customer/traveler can also choose to pay the full quote for the holiday, in case the price of the holiday is considered final at the time of booking.
- The financial commitment offered above by YATRISANSAAR doesn’t mean that the company has to reduce the quoted price for the booked service/tour/holiday/vacation if the value of Indian rupees goes up.
Mode of payment
All the payments by any mode of transaction/transfer either from overseas or from any part of India have to be made in the company’s bank account.
Payment & Confirmation terms
- The desired/demanded service could be booked by paying 60% of the quoted price for the service/tour/holiday/vacation.
- The client/customer/traveler/passenger has to pay 80% (60% + 20%) of the total quoted price after 07 days of doing the booking of the service/tour/holiday/vacation for the final confirmation.
- The client/customer/traveler/passenger should pay the remaining balance payment of 20% before the scheduled departure from the client/customer/traveler/passenger’s country of origin or upon the scheduled arrival at the airport/railway station/hotel in India or the decided city of arrival or accommodation of stay but surely and definitely before the start of the service/tour/holiday/vacation.
- The tour will not commence until the full and final payment is made.
- We accept payments via bank transfers and UPI.
- Payment through credit/debit card will incur 2.5%- 3.5% extra charges.
- Payment through forex card will incur 3.5%- 4.5% extra charges.
- Payment through payment gateway (e.g.: PayPal, Razorpay, Skydo, PhonePe, Paytm) will attract extra charges as applied by the payment gateway.
NOTE: A written communication has to be done with the company with all the details about the tour and the details of payments transferred to the company’s accounts.
Cancelation/refund policy
- Cancelation Before 120- 90 days of the scheduled service/tour/journey/holiday/vacation 5% + bank charges will be charged of the total quoted from the payment made.
- Cancelation Before 90- 61 days of the scheduled service/tour/journey/holiday/vacation 10% + bank charges will be charged of the total quoted from the payment made.
- Cancelation Before 60- 31 days of the scheduled service/tour/journey/holiday/vacation 20% + bank charges will be charged with the total quoted from the payment made.
- Cancelation Before 30- 15 days of the scheduled service/tour/journey/holiday/vacation 40% + bank charges will be charged with the total quoted from the payment made.
- Cancelation Before 14- 07 days of the scheduled service/tour/journey/holiday/vacation 80% + bank charges will be charged with the total quoted from the payment made.
- Cancelation Before 06- 02 of the scheduled service/tour/journey/holiday/vacation 95% + bank charges will be charged with the total quoted from the payment made.
- Cancelation Before 01day/24hrs of the scheduled service/tour/journey/holiday/vacation 100% will be charged of the total quoted from the payment made.
NOTE: Written cancelation request is accepted on all working days except national holidays, government holidays, festival holidays, and Sundays.
No refund will be done for cancelation of booking done for the period of festivals/religious celebrations (Navratri, Diwali, Chhath, Christmas, New Year, Holi etc).
In case the client/customer/traveler decides to cancel the service/tour/trip/vacation/holiday after the start of the service/tour/trip/holiday/vacation, the refund will be bound to a limited amount only that too depends on the policy of the service operator/provider who we appointed for the service/tour/trip/vacation/holiday and YATRISANSAAR will not be responsible/liable for any refund/reimbursement.
The company will not be held responsible for refund/reimbursement for any unused services like hotel accommodation, appointed chartered transport, missed meals, etc.
Cancelation & amendments by the company
- Due to various unavoidable reasons, it may be required to make changes in the booked service/tour/holiday/vacation and the company reserves the right to do the needful at any time and the client/customer/traveler will be notified about any changes made as soon as possible.
- If the booked service/tour/holiday needs any major change/amendment in arrangements due to any situation/circumstances beyond the control of the company, the client/customer/traveler may opt to choose from the following
- Avail the available alternative options for the affected/amended/changed service
- Choose to change/avail another holiday
- To cancel the booked holiday.
- Refund/cancelation may/may not be payable in case of the major mentioned below:
- Refund/cancelation may not be payable in case of any minor changes/amendments in arrival/departure timing, air carrier/ticket booking, restaurant/meals, or accommodation changes to similar or better standards.
- No Refund/cancelation will not be paid for any change or cancelation due to any condition/circumstances beyond the control of the company like; war, civil unrest, riots, civil strike, industrial dispute, terror attack, natural disaster, act of God, fire, flood, earthquake, technical problem in machinery, closure or congestion, industrial strikes or other strike, adverse weather condition or any other. The client/customer/travel is advised to take adequate travel insurance.
- The company reserves the right to cancel/change/amend your holiday at any time before the scheduled date of the journey/tour/service/holiday even after issuing the confirmation voucher. If your booked/holiday/service/tour is canceled by the company then the company will refund the full booking amount and no other compensation will be paid.
- Transport is subject to the condition of the carriage and service operator and no refund will be made due to any mechanical/technical problem which can be fixed in a short duration or the company will arrange the other available option of transport to carry forward the planned tour.
- If the client/customer/traveler fails to pay the remaining balance amount as per the company’s policy then the company will consider the booking made for service/tour/holiday/vacation to be canceled and refund the booking amount after deduction as per the company’s cancelation policy.
Cancelation & amendments by the Client
- The client/customer/traveler can cancel the booked service/tour/holiday/vacation at any point in time informing the company of the booking details. The refund will be done as per the company’s cancelation policy.
- In case of any pre- pone/postpone in the travel schedule, it is requested to inform the company 30 days in advance via mail by the client/customer/traveler.
- Once the travel plan/itinerary and service are confirmed, the client/customer/traveler is entitled to change/amend the booked service/tour/holiday/vacation for one time within 30 days of booking and without any additional service charge.
- Though the client/customer/traveler will be liable to pay an additional charge if any incurs in the service/facility arrangement during the modification/amendment/change in plan.
- For Any further change/amendment/modification sought by the client/customer/traveler after 1st change/amendment/modification, the client/customer/traveler will have to pay INR 3000/- each time as a service fee of administration and communication charges incurred during the process of any change/amendment/modification from 2nd time and onwards along with all the cost incurred due to change in arrangements/service/holiday/tour/vacation.
- No extra charge will be levied for propone/postponing the travel plan for the first time until or before the booking confirmation is issued in writing. However additional or 2nd propone/postpone will attract extra charges as mentioned above.
- Please note that the services and the cost will be subject to the availability of Hotel/Transport and season/offseason time.
- We do not accept any change in the plan within 15 days of the travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, the package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
- In case of postponement of the travel plan then advance payment can be utilized within 1 year from the date of advance payment made.
- The advance amount is non-refundable if the customer cancels his/her booking because of reasons like Illness, personal problems death, accident, or no-show.
- Please note that all amendments/cancellations must have been interacted/communicated in writing.
- The company has complete authority to change the package costing due to hikes in tariffs & taxes of hotels, transportation, or any other service that has been provided without any prior notice.

Cancelation of Wildlife/adventure activity Any of the booked adventure activities (hiking, mountaineering, trekking, paragliding, bungee jumping, camping, etc) or any wildlife safari/activity are non-refundable. The request to change the date of the scheduled activity/safari will be treated and considered as cancellation and no payment refund/adjustment will be done/made against the booking of wildlife and adventure activity.
